• Avoid 0%: Consistently draining your e-bike battery until it completely dies places immense stress on the chemical cells and will shorten its lifespan. Try to head home or recharge when you drop to around 20%.
• Don't sit at 100%: It is perfectly fine to charge to 100% right before a long ride. However, leaving the battery plugged in and sitting at 100% for weeks while stored in your garage degrades the battery health.
