3. Pay with Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

To make purchasing an e-bike easier, we offer Klarna as a flexible payment option during checkout (subject to availability in your specific country, such as Germany).

  • Select "Klarna" at checkout.

  • You will be redirected to Klarna’s secure portal to choose a payment plan (e.g., Pay in 30 days, or Slice it into installments).

  • Complete your purchase instantly while paying over time.

Payment Troubleshooting

If your credit card payment is declined during checkout, it is often due to automated fraud-prevention systems from your issuing bank, especially for high-value cross-border transactions. If this happens, please try the following solutions:

  1. Call Your Bank: Contact your credit card issuer or bank to authorize the transaction, then try checking out again.

  2. Use PayPal Guest Checkout: Select the PayPal option at checkout, and click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to process the payment securely without logging in.

  3. Try Another Card: Use an alternative credit or debit card.

Currency & Conversion Fees

All prices displayed and transactions processed on www.wildewayebike.eu are in Euros (€).

If your credit card or bank account is denominated in a different currency (e.g., USD, GBP, CHF), your bank will automatically convert the transaction amount into your local currency based on their current exchange rate. Please note that your issuing bank may charge an international transaction fee or currency conversion fee. Wildeway is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by your bank.
