The warehouse telephone is for return-delivery coordination only. For customer service or to arrange a return, email sale@wildewayebike.eu before shipping so we can provide packing and delivery instructions. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Customer support hours

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Berlin time (CET/CEST, depending on the season). Contact us by email; messages received outside working hours will be handled during working hours.

After-sales support

We assess reported product issues and arrange the applicable repair, replacement or refund remedy. See our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy for details. Any commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
