Warranty
Wildeway Official Warranty Policy
Welcome to the Wildeway family! We understand that the core competitiveness of our products lies in exceptional quality and reliable after-sales support. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive limited warranty for all brand-new electric bikes purchased through www.wildewayebike.eu.
During the warranty period, if a non-human-caused failure occurs due to manufacturing or material defects, Wildeway will provide replacement parts free of charge and cover the shipping costs. After the warranty expires, we continue to offer lifetime technical support; you will only need to pay the cost price for the required parts and the associated shipping fees.
1. Warranty Period & Coverage
We categorize the components of our electric bikes into three main groups, each subject to a different warranty period:
| Component Category | Included Parts | Warranty Period | Coverage Details |
| Core Components | Frame, Motor, Battery, Controller, Display, Charger, Front Fork Assembly, Main Wiring Harness | 12 Months |
Covers natural welding failures, fractures, motor burnout, battery capacity dropping below 60%, and other manufacturing defects. Note: Water damage to the battery or damage caused by improper charging is not covered. |
| Standard Components | Shock Absorbers, Front & Rear Lights, Derailleur, Chain, Crankset, Kickstand, Fenders, Rear Rack, Pedals, Bell | 6 Months | Covers factory quality issues and non-human-caused structural failures. |
| Wear & Tear Parts |
Saddles, Brake Rotors, Brake Pads, Brake Cables, Plastic Parts (3 Months); Inner & Outer Tires (1 Month) |
1-3 Months | Only covers initial quality issues upon receipt (e.g., tires arriving punctured). Normal wear and tear from daily riding or flat tires are not covered. |
Note: Accessories purchased separately (not included with the bike or original parts) are sold at cost and generally do not come with a long-term warranty, except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty policy does not cover the following situations:
-
Human Damage & Abuse: Damage caused by traffic accidents, drops, physical impact, water ingress, storage in extreme environments, or failure to use the product correctly according to the User Manual.
-
Unauthorized Modification & Repair: Malfunctions caused by the user dismantling core components, modifying circuits, removing speed limits, or repairing at an unauthorized shop without Wildeway's official written approval.
-
Normal Wear & Tear: Tire tread wear, brake pad consumption, chain stretching over time and normal use, as well as minor surface scratches, rust, or fading.
-
Minor Logistics Damage: Minor damage to accessory packaging or superficial scratches on non-critical parts during transit that do not affect normal use.
-
Second-Hand Transactions or Unofficial Channels: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Second-hand transferred vehicles are not covered by this policy.
